Unfriendly overnight staff. The handle in bathtub was very difficult to operate. The restaurant didn’t give hotel guests any discount.

Here for work. Great stay for the price. But, you get what you pay for. Positioned between the highway and the airport. Store selection of drinks/products very limited. Pretty good breakfast. Wifi limited/slow.

The property needed a refresh..bathroom lights are flickering and needed some attention. Staff was courteous and offer assistance. There are limited dining options around the area and can hear the loud freeway close by.

This hotel is a dump in need of every renovation possible. It's filthy. It needs painting, carpets need replacing, etc. Mere amenities like bottled water are not available in your room nor vending machine as they were not filled in a timely manner. As a diabetic who takes various pills, I had to spend $50 on an uber to buy water!

No microwave oven in room my room was not serviced after first night, we have to use dirty towels next day. We clearly requested for service by tags at doors

They lied and said i didn’t have a reservation kept my deposit and I had to pay for a whole new room. When trying to get my money I couldn’t because they made sure to put the new room under the confirmation number of the room that I didn’t have. Make it make sense I haven’t received my deposit back they double charged me for everything I will never stay again they know how to cover up lies and you don’t get anywhere with the staff

The check-in lady was rude. I was also charged extra $130 the following day and the manager said that the check-in lady didn’t do the proper check-in process. I slept like crap, the window kept cracking and making a loud thumping noise. I’m exhausted

I did not like the charge for parking. I can understand charging customers that leave their cars for several days after checking out to fly but charging me while I am a guest at the same rate as park & fly customers is wrong. I will not stay here again. Crowm Plaza at SFO,.

The room wasn’t that clean looking so small and feels heavy inside of the room.The bed I felt like they didn’t change the top of blanket. I feel like it was dirty. I wasn’t please.

Reservamos una habitación doble para 3 huéspedes, asegurándonos antes que la habitación tuviera 2 camas y un sofá cama. Nos cobraron USD 90 por el huésped extra, pero al llegar no tenían el sofá cama sino solo en habitación con cama matrimonial. Finalmente el tercer huésped tuvo que buscar otro hotel y ni el hotel ni Expedia dieron una solución, ni siquiera el reembolso mínimo de 90 dólares cobrados extras, en circunstancias que el huéspedes no se quedó. Además, no hay servicio de limpieza a las habitaciones si no se avisa con anticipación. Estuvimos 3 noches, y no se hizo limpieza en ninguno!!! de los días. El hotel se encuentra a pie a 10 min. de Birlimgame, una zona exclusiva de la bahía de SFO, con restaurantes y tiendas de lujo. El aeropuerto está a 5 min en taxi o en Shuttle Bus que es gratis.

Too long don't read: do not pay for parking on Expedia ahead of time for this location. You will be charged twice. Pay at front desk for $24. The room and hotel were quiet and clean. Sheets and towels were clean, no odd odors and stains. Check in and check out was easy. My grievance is that the front desk staff was not helpful in resolving my bill. I booked the hotel through Expedia.com. I prepaid for parking on Expedia for $60. The front desk said I did not pay for parking, I would be billed at the end of my stay, and to move because they had other people in line. The front desk was unwilling to talk to me about it and I felt like they were rude about it. I ended up paying for the parking charge to the hotel which was $24. I was able to submit the bill to Expedia and they reimbursed me for the parking fee.
