On short notice I was able to book a room same-night. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. I was so relieved to not only have a room but it was very clean, secure and quiet. The rates were very competitive for the area. The coffee & breakfast was an added bonus. Definitely recommend staying at Best Western Redwood City!

They asked for a deposit and I booked through the expedia app the person that checked me in said my deposit would be refunded upon check out and now they are saying 2 to 3 days to receive it thats crazy

inside the room smell stuffy due to not good ventilation or humidity. No elevator if you have knee problem. also stairs look dark the need some deep cleaning.

Only rescuable part of my stay was the staff that were nice. Parking looked very unsafe in an intimidating area. Room was always muggy and could not keep fan air on unless the AC was going. Bedding had holes, from what appeared to be cigarette burns. Sheets had yellow stains. Tried canceling remaining 2 nights but hotel has strict cancellation restrictions. Saw yogurt condiments, the night before, uncovered in a cabinet. Breakfast area is very small.

Was just what we were looking for. Mid-range property that was clean, quiet and centrally located. Staff was super accommodating and we were able to check in/out with ease. First time at this location, and will be returning to visit family again!

Staff was great, property is clean but it's old. Continental breakfast is lacking - they don't have enough space to do anything more. Location was donvenient for my purposes.

The room has musty as soon as you open the door. I opened my door to find a bucket and mop right in front of me. This is the first time my family and I ever stayed in a hotel like that. They should not be liste in hotel categories, it's more like a motel you see in movies.

Positives: the room was clean, the breakfast was lovely and much more than I expected. Negatives: the pool needs to be cleaned Just a note: when in returned to my room, the housekeeper was just finishing up. She allowed me to walk in the open door without checking to see if this was indeed my room.
