Room was clean and staff were friendly. I only stayed for a night so I didn’t take advantage of too many amenities. The breakfast downstairs was pretty good; sufficient selection to start my day off. I should have looked into the parking situation ahead of time but that was my only gripe. Valet was the best option to avoid the parking ticket I received after parking on the street overnight.
This is a GREAT option for travelers on a budget in San Francisco! Clean! Quiet! Comfortable! Safe! Full continental breakfast and same amenities as at other hotels in the city, but at an affordable price. Please note, this gem is located in the Tenderloin District, but we never felt unsafe. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just a short 15 minute ride to the waterfront and tourist attractions, 15 minutes to University of San Francisco, and just 25 minutes north of SFO.
Staff were always friendly and helpful! Breakfast was clean, well stocked and orderly. Room was clean and comfy. The surrounding area was a little rough... but it was conveniently close to the BART, getting to/from the airport was a snap. I'd recommend and would consider staying here, but hold out for a good deal if ya can.
Our room was clean with nice air conditioning. Our towels were replaced mid trip which was nice. The staff was welcoming and nice, I tried getting extra pillows by calling guest services and didn’t get an answer but that might’ve been a mistake on my part when dialing with the room phone.
Excellent hotel, totally recommended. Very good service, comfortable and clean rooms. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
The rooms were clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was better than expected and convenient as I was traveling with my kids and parents. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Clean room, helpful staff, but the area can be suspect at night. Make sure to be dropped off at the main entrance if you're arriving at night. We requested and paid an up charge for city view, but got a parking lot view instead.
The hotel room itself was very comfortable and very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. I have two complaints. No onsite parking. I get that the hotel is in a big city. But $72 a night to park??!!! Crazy! And the temperature inside the rest of the hotel was warm. The breakfast area was way too warm!
