The location is great if you want to stay close to everything downtown. Lime scooters everywhere if you're into that! The hotel was clean and smelled amazing especially after walking around downtown SF (because SF smells like pee). The room was quite large and comfortable. The in room shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion in the room was good quality. The staff were very friendly. Water in the room is $7 but they did gift me a free bottle of wine! Trader Joes is steps from the hotel so you can buy a bottle of water for 17 cents there instead. Overall if I had to come to SF again I would stay here again.

Exceeded my expectations! Great location for a girls only trip, secure hotel, valet parking was great and easy, hotel staff was super nice. They checked us in super early too which was so helpful! Beds were comfortable and the room had black out curtains. Water bottle in the room. You couldn’t hear outside noise from the room. And it’s pet friendly!

Staff was extremely nice and helpful—I’ve never been to a hotel with better service. There is a convenient bus stop directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance that is used by several routes around the city and nearly every train route is just a few steps away as well. Room was clean and had wonderful lights that could dim. Beds were soft and comfortable and fairly large for what we needed. Hotel Zelos will definitely be our pick for our next trip to San Francisco.

The room was okay. What i dont understand is why you have a toilet right infront of the bed. Its just 2 steps into the washroom. That was very unhygienic for me. I dont want to smell what comes out of there while im laying in bed. Do not like the layout because of that. Also you still have a tub shower.. this should be updated to stand alone shower. Tub just felt very old. The front desk agent not very friendly. Just did his job with straight face. Overall..great location but I dont think I'd stay here again.
