A not so great motel, I stayed here last year and the room was pretty not great. No AC and for some odd reason there was heat coming out of the ducts. Also a door to an adjoining room open half way into my stay which revealed a room full of mattresses. Very odd. Bathroom was ok as was the staff.

Our team has been notified of this negligent state of your room and reprimanded for their lack of awareness before allocating the space to our guests. We shall soon be upgrading the quality of our rooms with excellent housekeeping and maintenance services to ensure that such incidents do not occur again. The front desk people were helpful and accommodating, the room was nice and decently clean but then unfortunately I could not enjoy my stay because I got bit several times by bed bugs. I did not stay the night as planned.

The owner immediately tried to sell us a more expensive room. The room stunk so bad from cigarette smoke my eyes and nose burned all night long even though I requested non smoking in reservation AND at check in. They spray something to mask the smell that makes it even worse.Furniture covered in cigarette burns. In the morning found out NO HOT WATER so no shower!

When I walked in, I saw a clump of hair on the ground, and another one in the shower. It's clear that the rooms are not cleaned as well as they should be.

Room was small, very clean, bed was comfortable. Management hard to deal with. This was a business trip for my husband and they would not take his CC for payment and would give us the room we booked even if we paid cash, so we had to take the closet sized room. Neighborhood very questionable. Would not venture out neither day or night. Nowhere to eat out. Had bad pizza delivered, but good wings. Lots of homeless people around.

The first room they gave us was terrible and smelt like cigarettes after telling us they’d charge us if we smoked in the room.

As always they inform you that there is no smoking in the room, but it smelled of smoke. The carpet was very worn to the extent that it looked dirty and the table and chairs were usable but the finish had worn off a long time ago. The room was comfortable and cable and WiFi was available

The worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, old, nothing has been updated. Rips, tears and stains in curtains and bedding. Shower and faucet barely turned on. Free breakfast was supposed to be included - turned out that due to covid that is no longer an option and there is nothing provided in lieu of it. I booked a room with a double bed. At check in I was told that if I wanted a double bed I would have to pay more and upgrade. Area around the hotel is also not the best. Not even worth half of what I paid for the night.

It was close to where I was visiting. I was disappointed when checking in, the room booked off of Expedia was not as described and not available but for $25.00 more for the 2 nights, I could get a room in the newer section of the hotel, that had a queen size bed. I also was unhappy when I went to use the hotel’s shampoo that the bottle had been opened and was half gone, very tacky.

To have a room on the third floor was very nice but the entrance to it you had to take an elevator up and down if there was a fire there be no way out very unsafe no stairs
