We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. Great hotel , with character. Good location, friendly staff.

Hotel was perfect for the one night after a late flight arrival. Shuttle was easy to find and arrived promptly, could book return at check in but we didn’t need that. Check in was quick and the staff member was very pleasant. Breakfast from 6.30 - 9.30 plenty of choice.

This is a great hotel! Really well placed for transport links - buses, cable cars and trams. Room was very large, bed really comfortable. Very handy info guide at check-in that highlights local places to eat and drink. Pinecrest Diner is diagonally opposite and is great! I travelled as a solo female and felt safe at all times. Highly recommend!

Excellent value for a well decorated, spacious and clean room (refurbished a year ago). Free, ample parking was a massive bonus - and great value when compared with other hotels expensive nightly rates. We booked 3 nights when visiting the city, and the location for seeing the sites was great; a Big Bus tour pick-up spot was conveniently 50 yds down the street. Excellent hotel in a great safe location. Fantastic for exploring the bay area. Large room and bed with plenty of pillows. Car parking was free which is a great bonus for SF. Staff(Damon) were friendly and helpful. Nice new microwave in the room which was great for quick meals.
