"I enjoy this place because it is right down the street from my place of work. I have a long commute and stay here frequently to avoid the commute (and crazy gas prices). If you have a pet, they are also welcome. Staff is friendly, helpful and I recommend this place as it is right near the airport, great & close shopping and restaurants in downtown Burlingame."

"The airport shuttle was great. The bed was comfortable and the wake-up call right on time and effective."

"Staff were not helpful. Place needs to be updated. Breakfast was good. They leave coffee and tea out but not water. Took 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport by the shuttle, definitely doesn’t run every 15 minutes."
