"Check in was easy - staff was fine. The room was weird and needed updating along with the rest of the place. it was pretty clean but not super clean. There was a random sink in the room? Don’t know why it was there. The bed pillows were oddly small But by far into each the worst thing about the place was the thin walls. We were woken up several times during the night by other guests that were just talking to each other or watching TV at a regular volume. We weren’t surprised by the plane noise but that was loud too. When the people next door entered their room it literally sounded like they were in our room We stayed there because we had a very early flight out of SFO. We didn’t get much sleep though so won’t do that again"

"The room was spacious, modern, clean and quite with firm and comfortable beds. The bathroom is ok with wallpaper peeling at some locations. Airport shuttle was excellent and on-time and it runs every 15 minutes. Aloft San Francisco Airport does not serve breakfast. There is a snack bar and a bar on-site."
