"The place is dated and some areas like steps are in dire need of repair, however, what impressed us were the staff as they would go out of their way to really accommodate our needs. Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news."

"This is an hourly hotel. They should not be on Expedia. We arrived early from a far away location. Staff said early checking ok. Then after 2 hours it came back and demanded 1000 plus pisos for the early check in. Staying 2pm check in. Yet you can go in at any time and get 24 hours. So it should had been more flexible as me and my friend that had another room reserved too was charged the same for early check it. Too bad the area does not have better hotels. "I'll never stay there again, For example, even though I had entered my address & other info online beforehand, however, I was made to write it all down again by hand at check-in, they also took a photo of my passport, I question how they manage personal info, ... ? There was no water bottle, & not even a cup, in the room, I ordered breakfast for 8 AM when I checked in but it arrived at 9 AM, ..."

"Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. "Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest. Elevator needs permanent repair. It is multinational most of the time."
