"Staff unwilling to apply payment to a visit the following week when the airline stuck me missing my connecting flight. It's one of those "if you wanted to, you would" moments. And they didn't care. Oh well. I'm just a number, why would I matter. "

"Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own."

"Good beach view "

"The electronic keys to the room was not working and the staff had to come and open the room everytime. It got fixed the third day of my stay. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff were courteous. The problem is they didn’t provide water everyday. I was told to purchase it from the bar. The breakfast buffet was ok and nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit far from the old town and you have to take a cab to go to the old town or walk from 45 mins. Its a nice hotel for the price!"

"Stayed here as a group of nine fifty something males for a three night break. Great location about a five minute walk to the beach. Far enough away from the madness of the nighttime shenanigans of the town. Has three two bedroom apartments which were clean and well appointed. My only niggle was the cards that they supply would deactivate if you put them anywhere near your phone. I had to get it reactivated pretty much every time I returned to the accommodation.
