"This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a "hotel" that has no one onsite. While...

"We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment 201. Huge apartment with everything you may need during the stay. You get free tea bags and water upon request (some were in the room when we checked in). The person at the downstairs was very helpful."

"I’ve stayed here twice and the location, apartment, amenities, and staff are wonderful. It’s a beautiful apartment and Puerta Catedral operates like a 5-star hotel. The slippers, robe, and tea/coffee set up is a lovely touch of hospitality. I give it my highest recommendation. "

"Apartamento con localización bien centrica, limpio y bien equipado. Tuvimos dificultad con el aire acondicionado pero luego nos explicaron que por ser invierno debía permanecer apagado para que el apartamento se mantuviera frío. Funcionó! Tiene una terraza muy acogedora. Nos encantó."
