The place is super spacious, right next to a parking garage and walk distance to all main attractions. Raul is incredibly nice and communicative, assisted us prior, during and after our stay. Definitely would stay there again.

Great location!

Apartment was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Communication with the concierge was great too. We would definitely stay again! A note on parking, it is off-site and for pay. We used Nuevo Plaza parking and it was easy to get to this great apartment!

Four nights in Seville.

Seville is a fabulous city and this apartment is right in the centre of everything. The Cathedral is a few steps away, as is the river. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants and we would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Spacious and quiet private city base

Great location in the heart of Seville. Modern, well appointed and spacious apartment with everything you need and walkable distance to all the sights. Very quiet and well air conditioned. Great welcome from Raul on the front desk introducing the city and must see places. 5 Star and happily recommended!

Great location, air conditioner works well. Everything is close to the apartment. I run only in one problem the curtain in the shower was not clean. The apartment was clean and beds are very good.

The apartment is close to the cathedral, palace, and a few other attractions. It has many restaurants and shops nearby but is a bit further away from the train station and España square. We needed a short temporary parking and the staff arranged one for us. The apartment is spacious, clean and tidy. It was overall quiet when we were there. They have an online check in process that you can follow days before arrival.

Everything was wonderful about our stay but the check in process was not convenient or ideal. They do not have on-site reception, so make sure you have communicated with them in advance, however we still ended up waiting a half hour to be checked in.
