"The place is OK and has a great location. Nevertheless, the check-in process was not smooth and since there was nobody at the lobby when we got there and the email with the building access code took a long time to be sent, we had to wait outside, with luggage at more than 100*F outside. When the staff girl finally appeared, she was not hospitable nor did she have any sense of urgency to help or be empathetic. That made the experience a 6/10"

"Muy bien ubicado y la pieza muy buena, con microondas, lavavajilla, platos y todo muy bien. Lo unico es que el servicio de lavanderia es de 2 pm en adelante (que no decía en ningun lado), y no pudimos ocuparlo porque no alcanzabamos esos horarios."

"Room was just okay. No way to control AC and room was uncomfortably warm. Beds were decent. Only 1 flat pillow per bed. TV kept freezing up. Reception staff was nice."

"Propreté des lieux et proximité des attractions, très bien!
Le stationnement n'est pas évident à trouver malgré les indications. Nous avons dû demander de l'aide à une personne du coin pour le repérer. Air climatisé fonctionnel.
Nous aurions apprécié davantage de commodités : le liquide à vaisselle était vide, aucun savon pour les mains et davantage de papier hygiénique."
