"We parked in the public parking structure which is cheaper than valet parking for $60.
The check-in was good, they accommodated our request for connecting rooms on the quiet side of the hotel. Given its location, the outside car noises were sometimes loud.
The rooms are large, which is nice.
But the hotel is older and it feels dated and some wear and tear from carpet, walls, bathroom.
The housekeeping didn’t automatically make our rooms, but when we called in they came right away.
Overall it’s a good hotel for a weekend getaway in the heart of Santana row with easy access to restaurants and shopping."
