"Honestly really disappointed with this hotel stay. The shower was broken, very noisy at night time, top floors and outside you can hear even staff and other rooms voice and walk etc, there was no elevator, and the front desk staff were not very friendly and spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult.
The most upsetting part was the pool party situation, you had to pay €40 just for a beach bed/lounge chair, which honestly should’ve been included for hotel guests. Otherwise, what are you supposed to do, lay on the floor? On top of that, they didn’t even provide beach towels, so we had to go buy our own. Definitely not the experience we expected."
