"It was a very dirty and neglected room, and the following are issues I had:
• There was urine and hair on the bathroom floor
• There was used toilet paper in the bathroom trash
• There was hair on the bed, in between the sheets, on the pillows, and under the pillows.
• There was almost no place to park

"The room was clean and there was plenty of parking available. The location was very close to downtown San Jose and SJSU. Also, several fast food restaurants on the block and across the street. This was an afforable and convenient location to stay for the SJSU commencement."
