"Beautiful hotel"

"When check-in is at 3pm and they have no rooms avaliable and unsure when clean rooms will be ready is ridiculous. Ice machines are broken, pool was undergoing maintenance. When I indicating I would be leaving, they made some calls and the pool became avaliable. No hot tub, even tho there is a picture on website. Front counter staff were young and non apologetic. This is NOT the hotel to book for a fun, relaxing day trip. This is a place for workers/fly in business type. Majority news channels, not updated to play Netflix or anything like that. Had to wipe down bathroom before using. Pretty disappointed for $290 plus parking. Will not return. Would recommend if you do not want anything other than a bed and breakfast."

"Very clean. Comfortable bed and room. Nice balcony and pool. Breakfast was good. Would have liked to have known about the $25 parking fee before I got there but maybe I just missed it when reading about the property."
