Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations for the price paid. This was a self check-in, but basic supplies were very limited. For three people and multiple nights, we were only provided two trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, and two rolls of paper towels. When I asked about receiving more, I was told we only get two and would need to purchase additional supplies ourselves, which didn’t feel reasonable given the cost of the stay. The TV did not work at all during our trip. I informed the host and was told they would follow up the next day, but no one ever reached back out, so we went the entire stay without a working TV. The listing also advertised a patio area with seating, but there was no patio available to us. The seating shown belonged to a neighboring unit, and overall the space did not fully match what was advertised. For the amount paid, I expected better communication, amenities, and accuracy.

Everything was great, great area and atmosphere was amazing the only thing that was missing was maybe an extra comforter or 2 that is needed it gets pretty cold but overall we enjoyed our 5 nights and would recommend it to anyone.

Very support lacking. Contacting the property was almost a miracle. The television didn't work. They were informed and didn't do norhing about it. But for other things concerning payment they were very communicative. Location was excellent but service not

The room was absolutely disgusting.The room was old and smelly.It had stains on the floor and the bathroom had no hot water.The hot water was heated up by some kind of medieval concoction that plugged in at the shower head on the shower.We were a party of 3 that stayed 4 days and we were only given 1 towel a piece for the entire stay.We asked for wash towels and they refused.The location was loud all night long into the entire morning.People yelling and screaming 24 hours.The beds where horrible.Cheap sheets that didn’t fit the bed and barely covered your body.There was even stains on the bedding and stains that looked like blood on the floor.The floors where black with dirt and when I used a floor towel to clean it they charged me 35.00 for the dirty towel.This place is deplorable and should not be allowed to even be on Expedia.Please don’t stay here you will regret it big time.Our Christmas vacation was completely ruined

This place FLOODED and no one answered, when we finally got a hold of someone, a cleaning lady came after we already cleaned and said that she’ll let managers know and no one told us anything after, no follow up, no refund, nothing.. stay away.
