"It was isolated and I did not see staff until Thursday morning while I was leaving. And that was only because they had the wrong credit card on file. It has a very old world feel to it. Might be ok for romantic getaway but not for solo travelers. Very few amenities. I did feel over charged."

"I'll start with the two positives: it's cute on the outside and the front desk guy was friendly and check in was quick. There were no positives after getting to the room. The place is run down and filthy. The floors were so dirty that my white socks were black on the bottom from walking on them and the bathroom was just gross. I do not recommend if you like a clean place to stay - so disappointing."

"Beautiful view and lots of nice quiet places to sit and enjoy the view and the wildlife! Deer were close by and frequently in view."

"We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and the basic stuff you need in the kitchenette is available. Bath towels are soft, which I always appreciate when I’m at a hotel. Breakfast spread is pretty good. Helpful staff as well."

"The bed was clean, not top shelf comfy, but ok. There is a gas fireplace that did not turn completely off so the room got hot. Fortunately it was cool and the open window helped. There is an air conditioner too. Fairly quiet except during peak traffic times. The carpet and furniture were older. Centrally located near many, many coffee shops and restaurants! Parking was close. Overall a decent stay."

"Nice clean and cozy room. Bed was very comfortable and hardwood floors, which is key. Room is small, not a lot of extra space for two people to splay out, but it was what we needed for a short stay. Microwave and mini fridge in the room which is always nice to have. Staff was very friendly when we were checking in."
