"Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by It’s Room Naples. The only issue I experienced was at checkin,. We arrived at 10:00 AM, when someone was supposed to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone sent us the code so we could leave our luggage and get on with our day. That small inconvenience aside, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly wish I could have stayed there...

"The location in the historic centre was excellent - an easy walk to most places as a first time visitor. There's lots of restaurants, convenience stores and a taxi stand nearby. We had the room with a balcony, which was nice to watch the goings on in Naples' busy streets, so there's some noise. You have to carry luggage one flight to make it to the main reception. "Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

"Comfortable and clean room but not your typical hotel. No 24 hour front desk staff or dedicated building. These are rooms within a larger building containing other apartments and/or offices. Staff was prompt and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to your room and was very good"

"The staff was fantastic. We were traveling by car and got extremely turned around... (I'm still not sure how we ended up on a sidewalk.) The staff was so awesome. They came and found us, helped me get the bags to the hotel and helped my boyfriend find the parking lot. They were so sweet. The place was great! The AC was nice and cold. In walking distance to everything. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!"
