"This is a great place to stay and fully experience Naples. The location is great - in the heart of historical center and well maintained. Communication was very good. Michele contacted us a day before to make arrangements for our arrival. The rooms were clean, homey, and had all the amenities we needed. They did tidy up the room during turn down service but did not replace the towels and the bed has no duvet just a woollen type blanket and a sheet. "My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. Had difficulty with the off site staff finding the cost of the shuttle versus taxi service from airport and which they would recommend for a woman traveling alone. By time I decided on the shuttle (30 euro) it was not available. The first official taxi quoted triple this amount which I refused. Did find a driver that did it for 30 euro but dropped me off 1/2 block from B&B. Signage at entrance not easy to see. Once inside again...
