"I had a very enjoyable stay, there was a mini fridge, great flat screen size television, ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, and I appreciate the amount of shampoo and conditioner and body wash (I forgot to pack my soap) The area was very nice and quiet, right next door there is a Denny's Diner and the Madonna Inn"

"First time staying here and booked based off of reviews and they did not disappoint! Staff is super friendly. They have a great welcoming atmosphere with free beverages at check-in. A bbq by the pool every evening at a decent price and the free breakfast buffet was better than others I’ve had. Would definitely come again."

"Rooms are spacious and clean, some minor maintenance such as venting fan in the bathroom or TV remote, etc, are not done well. The included breakfast is not great but can’t beat the price"

"Very cozy feeling with the staff and the guy at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful. Walked around and showed us where everything was housed in the Inn. Yummy hot apple pie a la mode every night from 7-8pm. Great breakfast (included) on the top balcony (which is a great space). Rode the bikes they had (maybe grease the chains a bit...:). Used the beach chairs and towels down at the beach. Cheat sheet of places to eat as well. Very easy to get info. This was my first time at Avila Beach and am so glad I stayed at this Inn. Thank you!"

"Hotel was very busy, as it was July. However, the staff were very friendly, personable, and professional. Though there were a lot of people in the lobby (people who had already checked in), I felt like the attention was all on me checking in. The room I booked was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. The pool area was spacious and I had a great time playing with my nieces. There were a lot of other kids around, which I didn't mind as my kids were young, too, so it was a very family friendly atmosphere as well. Considering it was so hot, the pool was a great amenity. I will definitely go back again if I'm ever in the area."
