"Beautiful location! Great views right from your room! Quick drive to the pier and wonderful restaurants! Beautiful grounds! Clean pool! My only suggestion is to get an upper room as the floors have no insulation and we could hear every step above us no matter how light or heavy!"

"Avila Inn staff was extremely professional, accommodating and pleasant. Our room was very clean, the hot tub was perfect. We had such an amazing stay, definitely plan to book here again. "

"The rooms are pretty run down, smell gross and definitely need some new carpet. The beds are awfully uncomfortable. Ice machine broken. We did love the pool but wish the jacuzzi was a bit warmer!"

"Overall the hotel was above average. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice perk, although it really wasn’t free when you are charged an additional $25 per night at check-in. So free breakfast isn’t true as advertised. Rooms were spacious and clean. A couple small issues like one TV remote needed new batteries and a table lamp didn’t work but a small refrigerator and microwave definitely improved the stay. I would stay here again in the future. "

"Room was small but met all our needs. Air conditioner refrigerator microwave coffee maker including coffee and cups. We pleasantly surprised. Loved the location next to a coffee shoot and down the street from the beach! Will definitely stay again. Only negative is the bathroom window did not lock but felt safe anyway. Thank you !"
