"The room and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well manicured, the staff at the front desk was super cool and helped me with using pre paid cards for the payment. The housekeepers and groundskeeper were super nice and were very helpful and professional. The location of the hotel was very nice, easy access to the beach, shops and fine dining. The pool was very clean and heated, they also had a hot tub. Avila Beach is a great place for home base to access Pismo Beach, Cambria, Hearst Castle...

"We always enjoy staying here. It's a nice, quiet place to stay with a pretty comfortable bed. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The room is super cute and clean. Basic, but nice! I've never heard anything from the room next to us either which is always good since I'm a light sleeper. "
