In my first night I was waken up at 3am due to a window that was left open due to the window was not functional (bad design), the window was not able to close, I had to be moved to 3 different rooms due to the exact same problem, I had a terrible first night staying at this hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel needs some repairs and upgrades. The drain in my shower was sunk @11/2 inch it was dangerous! The staff was not on top of things, for example leaving the bottle of water they supposed to provide.

En general la estancia en el hotel fue agradable, solo un detalle que no me gustó mucho, fue las escaleras estuvieran justo en la entraya ya que la recepción estuviera un piso arriba, creo que esas escaleras no son un punto a favor. Punto a favor la silla elevatoria.

No tienen variedad en desalluno no hay pan de dulce el cafe muy amargo no hay jugo está bien que tengan fruta peros sin sabor a cebolla jajajaj y me cobraron las tortillas el servicio de la mesera paguen le muy bien para que atienda bien
