Have never stayed here but I'm glad I did. The staff/front desk was wonderful, helpful and nice. Breakfast was included which was a big plus. The room was very nice, comfortable, big bed, and spacious. Close.to el Centro, within walking distance, restaurants, shops, plazas, church's... May very well stay here again.

Staff was awesome. And the rooms were clean. Location of the hotel is awesome, but there was no air conditioning in the room. Only a fan.

Great location. Right in the downtown area. Hotel was safe. There's a desk person all day every day and at night you need to buzz the ringer to get let in. It gave a wonderful feeling of safety. The rooms got cleaned every day. I only wished it had A/C since I'm from the Midwest. I'm not fond of the warm weather without A/C to sleep. Besides that everything was wonderful.

The only thing it needs is remodel the bath room it needs some improvement like add a mat some other fixtures to hang the clots, other than that the Hotel is nice an quayat

El Internet de izzi era muy lento y se desconectaba todo el tiempo. No lo pude usar en mi teléfono. El estacionamiento está en convenio con un estacionamiento público a 4 cuadras. Poco conveniente, pero tampoco tuvimos que pagar. El desayuno muy rico, con buen sazón, aunque al café americano le faltaba café (o le sobraba agua). El personal estuvo atento a los llamados a recepción.

En general todo bien, el desayuno es limitado pero está rica la comida, lo malo fue la habitación que el sol daba directo y hacia mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado, y no te permite descansar mucho que la luz de directo a la cama, por lo demás creo que vale la pena si solo Vaz de paso.

La habitación en general estaba limpia, sin embargo encontré varios pelos largos en varios sitios de la habitación ( Cama, piso y lavamanos) . La cama cómoda El personal siempre fue amable. Sin embargo el tema del estacionamiento si es un problema. El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio está a 4 cuadras del hotel. Esto es algo realmente incómodo y más si piensas llegar n la noche ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y no se ve una zona segura ya que no hay gente en las calles y están obscuras.

Importante. Las habitaciones NO tienen ventanas. Aunque hay huecos y la puerta con vidrios opacos. El baño y la ducha No tienen ventilación, con lo que humedad se queda en el cuarto. Las puertas del baño son de vidrio opaco, por lo que puedes sentirte incómodo. El desayuno muy bien, salvo que la frui estaba muy antigua o no había. NO TE QUEDES en as habitaciones junto al ascensor. Muy encerradas y mal internet. Pro: Muy cerca del centro y todo es nuevo, aunque no muy bueno. Si eres claustrofóbico y te gustan las ventanas y privacidad del baño, este no es tu sitio. No volveré.

Habitación limpia y cama cómoda. Poca luz exterior pero solo ocuparla en la noche no fue un problema. Baño aunque moderno, complicado ya que sanitario y regadera estaban separadas y sus puertas sin parte de la habitación, no un cuarto único. Desayuno muy rico e incluido en tarifa.
