"De los 3 días que estuve ahí, no limpiaron mi habitación, solo entraron a cambiar las toallas y se robaron una cubeta de recuerdo de un festival al que asistí, la dejamos el domingo en la mañana salimos y llegamos hasta media noche y cuando llegamos ya no estaba la cubeta que me costó 75 dólares, el cuarto estaba sucio ni la basura se llevaron y solo tendieron la cama con las mismas sábanas de los 2 días anteriores"

The room was very small and the bedding was extremely comfortable. One thing to note, after paying the premium price some of the amenities included water bottles in our room and coffee and Wi-Fi. "Had an excellent stay at the Gwen. Great location, very modern and clean, comfy bed, outdoor terrace was a plus. Cool vibe all around. Loved that the bathroom had a big tub separate from a walk in shower. It was very quiet at night. No complaints what so ever."

"We stayed Memorial Day weekend and what a fantastic trip it was! Kudos to Residence Inn for impeccable accommodations and the breakfast! Chef’s Kiss!! Mwah, mwah, MWAH!! There’s delicious hot food, waffles, oatmeal, pastries, fresh cut fruit, cereals, you name it!! I loved the spinach and cheese quiches and the southwest scrambled eggs. "Our stay at Hyatt Regency Chicago was overall good. The biggest downside was the room experience because the neighbors were extremely noisy, which made it hard to fully relax. Other than that, the hotel’s location was definitely a plus. It’s in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and many of the main attractions, which made getting around Chicago very convenient. Overall, it was an okay stay with a great location, but the room experience could have been better."

"The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. This was our first time in Chicago and at the Nobu Hotel, but definitely won’t be our last.
