"Very modern hotel with close proximity to everything we wanted to see in Chicago. Room was small but not an inch of space was wasted in the thoughtful layout. Nice comfy bed and big tv. Controlling the lights/blinds via ipad was kind of a pain especially if coming back late at night in the dark. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, they have a super pleasant staff here and the daily whiteboard questions were so fun!"

"There is no outside space. No patios no outside area to sit under the sun. I knew this going into it, but I really appreciate it once it was a beautiful day and I couldn’t go outside."

"It's not gonna knock your socks off or anything, but it's a perfectly fine hotel for the money. The location is convenient. The bed is comfy. It has robes and a decent coffeemaker. All perfectly fine. Oh, and they'll give you bottled water as often as you ask. So that's a nice touch."

"The check in was at 4:00 p.m. and check out at 11:00 not even 24 hours for a rate of $350. The line to check in was 30 minutes, several people on the line and only 1 person attending customers."

"The restaurant staff were a little rude and made us wait an unnecessarily long time for a table when they first opened in the morning (when no one else was there). When we were finally seated we were placed in an extremely small cramped space (when there were plenty of other tables available). It was ridiculous."
