Cari Motel di San Marcos

"It's a small hotel close to lots of things and it's an older motel. My room was nice, clean and comfortable. They only offer snacks, soda, but it's close to all kinds of restaurant. I went to one called the Homestead which was great. If I'm lucky enough to come back to Dripping Springs, I will surely stay at the Outpost Motel"

"the main lamp on the desk did not have a working light bulb. the sheets seemed stained on the side of the bed. Shower curtain was dirty, corners in the bathroom were not clean. Loved the bed, very comfortable. We liked the large shower head."

"The only positive is that the place didn’t have bedbugs. AC didn’t work, TV channels were a mystery, shower dripped and figuratively needed a steamfitters wrench to turn off., no toiletries, no utensils. The staff was friendly, however."

"Good stay for the price!. Just needs a bit more renovation and staying on top of the house keeping a bit more. Get rid of the carpet and install laminate flooring, which it would make it a bit more modern."

"Clean, quiet rooms. Nice, relaxed staff. Gave us our choice of room so our crazy dog wouldn’t bark at passersby. We love the bar and grill on the property too!"

"It was good value. The property is managed by a couple that lives on property and the wife is very helpful. The phone number for the hotel goes directly to their cell phones so you need to get lucky to reach one of them. They did clean the room daily and there are many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store less than a mile away."
