El lugar es muy bonito, amplios jardines y muchos espacios recreativos. Varias actividades buenas pero poco informadas. Algunos espacios muestran falta de mantenimiento pero en general es agradable y tiene muchísimo potencial. El personal bien en general. La habitación que elegimos fue sencilla pero cómoda, las camas muy bien y la limpieza también. Me parece que tener un espacio para colocar la maleta, incluso en este tipo de habitación de bajo costo, mejoraría la comodidad durante la estancia para no tener todo en el suelo. El descanso fue adecuado sin embargo, el olor a drenaje que sale de los baños es muy molesto. El agua en la regadera tarda mucho en calentar y es casi insuficiente, parece que se acaba. La comida bien (tampoco sorprendente) pero cara y demasiado adornada. Está bien ser Gourmet pero una oferta más equilibrada evitaría que el huésped se aburra y tenga que salir a buscar algo más “común” en estancias prolongadas. Opciones infantiles también serían un gran acierto. La alberca si está climatizada y aparentemente limpia (aunque demasiado colorada) pero deja MUCHO qué desear. El área es muy bonita y se nota que en algún momento estuvo de 10, pero hoy no tiene ni señalamientos de profundidad, el “techado” es una malla rota, la gente fuma y hace lo que quiere. No hay personal supervisando y pareciera francamente abandonada. No supieron darme el horario adecuado para uso como huésped.

El hotel ofrece una relación calidad-precio aceptable; sin embargo, la zona en la que se encuentra genera una sensación de inseguridad. Además, la presencia de guardias nacionales dentro del hotel realizando actividades como ejercicios y caminatas en las áreas verdes del hotel dificulta disfrutar de la estancia. Decidí retirarme del hotel a pocas horas de haber hecho el check-in, ya que la sensación de inseguridad aumentó al notar que mi familia y yo éramos los únicos huéspedes esa noche y que el personal del hotel se retiraría del lugar, quedándonos prácticamente solos y en medio de un campo lleno de guardias nacionales.

Este hotel es de lo más hermoso, su personal es muy amable desde que haces check in y todas las instalaciones están preciosas, la habitación es sencilla pero igual de bonita, con agua caliente, sábanas limpias y cobertores, la comida del restaurante es DELICIOSA y sus meseros muy amables.
