I cannot say thank you enough to Barbara and the staff of the property. Super lovely, inviting professional, and on top of everything. The property itself is amazing and Barbara is put in such a tremendous amount of work. She knows when you’re arriving she knows who you are, she greets you at the door. This woman is a superwoman. The building itself in which you stay are private little bungalows that are comfortable and give an excellent feeling to the San Miguel community. The facility is immaculate with excellent staff who are always helpful, cleaning, warm and wanting to take care of you. I had caught the flu and everybody looked after me. I cannot say thank you enough for that effort. The grounds are decorated beautifully with air many botanical plants and art that is exceptionally chosen and hung. Easy access very walkable no problems at all super safe. The breakfast are delicious. I must say. Everybody there went above and beyond and really made our stay so wonderful everything was clean tidy taken care of just very professional very sweet and welcoming. I can’t say thank you all enough. We loved staying there.

There were bugs in our room. The breakfast was left out and there were bugs on it. Decor was dusty and dirty. We got sick from the food. Front desk didn’t carry our bags to our room or offer to help.

We had a terrific seven days at Casa de La Noche and we can't wait to go back. This was our first visit to San Miguel and this hotel is perfectly located for walking to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Fabulous clean and spacious room, hardly any noise, terrific breakfasts every day included with room: Fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, coffee/tea and orange juice, at least two choices of egg preparation.

Really nice hotel, owner, and staff. Historic property, quiet, lots of art work, inner courtyard with fountain, out of the hubbub of the downtown, but very close and walkable. We had La Terca’s room, which was spacious and very quiet.

Gorgeous… like a home! Very private rooms and lovely lovely shared spaces. Breakfast was incredible. Decks & patios amazing. Staff superb! Nothing not to love! Very unique and special!

Located in "zona central" so many great places can be reached on foot. Very intesting hotel which used to be a brothel in times gone by. Supportive staff. Lovelly breakfast every day with eggs, fruit and OJ. 8.30 am weekdays and 8.30 - 10.30am weekends. Art everywhere, with some paintings for sale.

i feel so lucky that i chose to stay here. it was everything i wanted- great location, clean, kind, helpful, and a perfect breakfast. barabara is a gracious host. she is well-connected in sma and wants to connect people. i would not stay anywhere else!!

The house, a former bordello as well as the garden are beautiful. The suite was not comfortable; it is a very old construction, so the bathroom was very small. A/C was only on main bedroom, not where the small area where the other bed was. Some windows have no screen, so could not left open since there were mosquitos. The weather was hot then. I think it was overpriced for what we got.

The staff bends over backwards to assist. There is a very hip, very senior population that require TLC and it is provided here. I never met so many intelligent elders, all yearning to continue learning, living and enjoying every moment, THIS PLACE MADE IT POSSIBLE.

I was in SMdA for a couple days break from CDMX. Casa de la Noche is wonderful—very convenient location, comfortable room, lovely spaces inside and out to relax, and great breakfast. I especially enjoyed the artwork as the hotel also serves as an art gallery.

Clean room except small area rug. Very courteous staff, very hospitable, and knowledgable of the area,, breakfast served was enjoyable and coffee was made around seven am, great for early risers. We chose this casa due to it's charm, character and authenticity and we were very pleased with our choice. Barbara, the owner was a delightful woman who made us all feel welcome.
