"Tl;dr: Outstanding hotel in a not so good area! Summary: -Staff (all of them) were absolutely wonderful! Special shout out to shuttle driver Mauro who went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Mauro! -The shuttle is very useful and there are extended times compared to what’s listed online. -WiFi is excellent for a hotel. 100Mbps down and up without a single drop during our multi-day stay. There’s one USB-A port by the bed and 2 in the TV that can be used for charging. They’re all slow...

"We stayed at the Villa Piedmonte in Ravello for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. It was such a beautiful hotel, with spectacular views, and a very attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was exquisite. It had many fresh and delicious choices. Alessandra at reception was wonderful and helpful with guides to Ravello and Giuseppe, the driver of the courtesy shuttle was great as well. We plan to return to the Villa Piedmonte soon!"

"Decent property, staff pretty nice and helpful….the hassling for the towels is what was most frustrating…. It’s hot there, I sweat a lot so I carried a towel to walk with everyday….each day they wanted to make sure the towel was returned…. Started to be annoying….."

"This property is beautifully Italian and impeccably maintained. Our room had a breathtaking view and was spacious and well appointed with air conditioning that truly kept it cool on very hot days. "We had a lovely stay at the Majestic Palace. The location is great, just outside Sorrento and only a short 5-10minute walk to the nearest train station (train into Sorrento only €1.50 each). The amenities are excellent; including a dine in restaurant (as well as a separate Michelin star dining area), rooftop bar garden area out back and poll area at the front. The pool area out the front is a good size, which (weather permitting) gets the sun for a good 12 hours. The staff are excellent and...

"The hotel exceeded our expectations from the very start. From the moment we arrived at the train station and were greeted by Antonio our wonderful private transfer who made sure we were comfortable our whole ride in. The pool was stunning and the restaurant top notch. Spa was relaxing and amazing. The staff was pleasant and attentive to the max. Vincenzo was a breath of fresh air, quite possibly the nicest person we have ever met :) The whole family would come back just to visit him!"
