"The pools and the area: amazing! the view from our room was breathtaking and unforgetable. I loved hight ceilings. Although, I was dissapointed by the hair dryer as it was really old and not a strong one. It was like somthing you would expect to see at a very cheap hotel. Also, the have a nice tradition of putting chocolate on the pillow before the bedtime, but they only put it 1 time out of our 3 nights. It is fine with me, it just the kids heard it and then they were a bit dissapointed. Also, they charged our aacount for extra 7$, which is nothing, but just weird as we didnt purchase or took anything from the bar. Overall it is good experience and the stuff was really good and helpful; at the front dest and at their sports/adventure area; very beautiful area. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, though I don’t like the “no door” style shower. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the fruit was very fresh and tasty. "

"The staff were exceptionally helpful. The complimentary breakfast was nice and there was a good selection. I dined in the restaurant for a late lunch and the food was decent. Spacious room and comfortable bed but the end tables should have been cleaned, although the bathroom was well done. Overall, good accommodations."

"The many hot and cool pools were always clean and never crowded . Staff were so helpful and friendly. Always leaving a special surprise in our rooms . The buffet breakfast had a large selection of western breakfast options as well as a Costa Rican option ."

"It was my second time and I’ll go back every time that I leave Costa Rica. It’s always so nice to stay there right before I head back home to the states. Airport shuttle… Awesome. My flight was super early, before breakfast so they made me a little box breakfast to take with me. The Bell boy was awesome. Brought our luggage in the room and explained everything to us. This is the best hotel and it is super reasonable. Beautifully manicured, very clean, super nice staff. Definitely recommend."
