The only drawback was with the communication with the host. I would ask questions about the unit or the check in process and for DAYS, no response. "Cute room, decent bed, coffee pods and machine supplied. Noticed that fridge and heating didn't seem to turn on but didn't need either. Handy cafe below with discount for staying. Would stay again. Handyman Noel is very friendly and looks after property well. "

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Firstly, I’ve traveled extensively and never complained about a hotel but this have one was really bad. Hotel staff at front desk unwelcoming and rude. "Our experience at this hotel was mixed. The service is truly 5-star level — staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
