"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

"We had a fantastic weekend stay here! The location is absolutely unbeatable for exploring Land’s End, Porthcurno Beach, and the Minack Theatre. Overall, everything was excellent—comfortable rooms, great service, and breathtaking coastal views. Highly recommended for a Cornwall getaway!"

"Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. "

Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. "The room and the view was spectacular. The bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and modern. The reason for the lower rating was the restaurant. We had a bad experience. They reserve the tables for the local people. We were seated in the pub section close to the bar even though all other tables were empty. We arrived at 4pm, it was empty. We ended up between two wet and smelly dogs and getting poked by the gentleman standing at the bar behind us. The server was oblivious...

"The room was adequate for what i wanted and needed. Clean, tidy, hosts are lovely, didnt eat there so cant comment on the food, nor do I drink, so cant comment on the ale either, but the overall welcome and the room was lovely."

"Our room was situated at the top of the main building with a beautiful view towards St Ives town and the surrounding area. We were supplied with a fan which was essential due to the hot weather. There were a few maintenance issues with our room which included a drawer front within the wardrobe falling open every time you opened the door. The shower head was small and the bottom of the rail had a part that kept falling off. These are small matters but it shows that the room was a bit tired. ...
