"Todo estaba muy limpio, las personas que me ayudaron todas muy amables, no recuerdo el nombre del joven del valet pero fue muy amable. Cuando ya estabamos por irnos Richard y Emily nos ayudaron con nuestras cosas a subirlas al carro, hablaron con mi hijo, sin duda alguna regresaremos de vacaciones a este mismo lugar. "Everything was First Class amazing. Their service, the turndown service, the housekeeping, their restaurants and amenities. Loved the many swimming pools. Valet was perfect and timely with the utmost care. Love that Dean and Deluca was downstairs and their ABC market as well. Definite resort living."

"Our room was upgraded to a mountain view and it was beautiful and the room itself is simple but neat. Only problem is that the bathroom curtains doesn’t cover the entire tub because the pole that’s used to hang it is curved down. So everytime we showered there would always be water on the bathroom floor because it’s not full coverage. But overall the room is nice."

"The location is literally amazing. The photos you see is exactly what you get. The room was excellent - good space, kitchen, tons of included items. The rooftop pool and hot tub while a great view is very grimy and the cushions I wouldn’t go near."

"Fab 2 night stay at Surfjack. Live music nights were great, pool and lounge area very inviting and room (penthouse) amazing. Staff were very friendly and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Was lovely seeing owners and their dogs enjoying their holidays together on site. Would highly recommend and if I am ever able to return to Waikīkī, I will be sure to stay again!"

"I had a blast at this hotel, beautiful views from oceanfront room. Although there is a lot of hidden fees, for example, on top of the resort fee, it is $65 a day to park your car at hotel, for four days resort fee and parking ended up being over $500"
