"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. "El hotel está recién remodelado y es muy bonito. Todo el staff fue muy bueno con nosotros. Todo esta super limpio. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que nuestro cuarto estaba cerca (no a lado) del elevador y este era muy ruidoso. Otro inconveniente fue que a la hora del check out, no habían hecho un cargo del bar que no hicimos y nos dejaron esperando 15 minutos en lo que “se resolvía”."
