"Were placed in a room right overlooking conflstruction site on top of that the floor we were on - 20 feet away from our room there were dehumidifiers andnfans blowing air 24/7 - apparently our floor had recent major water damage. We were moved later during the stay - not the same day as they "forgot about us" View was amazing Rooms were okay however we found an unwrapped chocolate bar - moldy one right at the head of the bed on the carpet We were missing room amenities and towels the whole stay - had to buy a sop bar - then finally on a day 4 or 5 they gave us a hitel bar soap. "

"This property is a tremendous value due to the location. Our room was a sunset room. They keep this hotel clean and staff was very helpful and polite. The building its self is a touch dated, but clean. The room we stayed in was updated. The pools were nice, lagoon was close, and many food options near by."

"I am born and raised in Honolulu and retired abroad so I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed staying at the Pagoda Hotel. The location is so convenient that I didn’t need a car and walked everywhere and rented a Biki Bike just outside the hotel when I need to go a bit further away. The room was spacious and clean and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the service was quick and friendly. I previously stayed at more expensive hotels and didn’t enjoy myself like I did at the Pagoda Hotel, definitely will stay here again."
