"Overall, this is a clean and well-run hotel with the exception of my room. The room has been partially remodeled and looks nice while some parts look really outdated, cheap and dirty. There was hair in my sink and tub and mold around the drain that looks like it had been building up for awhile. There’s no way the bathroom had been cleaned before I arrived in my room. If they will cut corners cleaning the bathroom, made me wonder where else they cut corners in cleaning. The food was good,...

"We stayed in the tower area in April 2026. It felt very old and was a bit uncomfortable. We had reserved a king bed room and the room was't available when we arrived. The only room type available was two queens, but they felt a little smaller than a usual queen. Also, the bathroom door didn't close completely, so it was weird to use the bathroom. The staff were really nice and did their best to help us. A staff member at the door saved us from a predatory cab driver. The desk person was also...

"We went for a music festival that was easy access via the hotel tie in. However the check in they asked for $$$ for check in that differed by the hour if you wanted to get into your room earlier. The festival started at noon! Also the hotel is nice, but needs upgrades for the price. "
