"Tynisha at the front desk was extremely helpful. Very courteous and constantly with a smile on. On the phone, She was very helpful and answered my questions. The facility was great."

"Great hotel. Two complaints: 1. The long lines at the coffee bar each morning. And 2. The coffee bar is very expensive (US$28 for a coffee, a yoghurt and croissant, with no service, no table, just pick up.... and when paying the tip, options start at 18%....)"

"The location of the property was great. Although the hotel looks newer, there were many areas that needed repairs and kept up . The hallways, doors, and the elevators could use some touch ups. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked very well and the staff was courteous. I didn't go to the breakfast. I didn't like the location where it was being served"

"They were very polite. The environment is safe and comfortable for the price they charge. The floor needs to be cleaned better, as my socks turned black from the dirt. Otherwise, it's fine. My 10/10 goes to all the staff there regarding customer service—they were very kind. For the price it’s ok Tv doesn’t connect right. And need be flexible to watch in the sofa because it’s other way."

"The room was very clean, which was the most important. The coffee service in the morning was closed by 9:15 though, and the person directing the shuttle in the morning was very obnoxious. And told vulgar jokes. The free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise ship was very nice. Other than no coffee and the obnoxious person, it was a nice stay."
