"Our room was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. All staff very pleasant apart from one waitress in the restaurant who looked very unhappy and clearly didn’t want to be there. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday so there was quite a few of us to be served. Service with a smile there was not! Breakfast was not brilliant. My husband and I had the full English which was served to us looking and tasting as though it had been on a hot plate for quite some time. Would not recommend. There was also tissue paper shredded on the floor at the table next to us which was a bit off putting but the staff were really pleasant and polite. Lovely hotel but a bit lacking in certain aspects. The food we felt was rather expensive for what was served."
