"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Very close to the metro system which runs directly to the airport. The apartment was clean and had everything that we wanted. Just be aware that if you book a room with a sofa bed these rooms are road facing and you do hear the traffic. But it was not an issue and we were super happy with the apartment. "

"WOW is all we can say. What a fabulious find in central Porto. Lovely staff, beautifully kept rooms, fabulous breakfast and so close to all the best eating places in Porto. Only 'surprise' was the cost of parking at the nearby underground car park (which the hotel did warn us about but still was a shock at the final amount). We will DEFINITELY stay at the Infante next time we come to Porto."

"Everything was so smooth and the 1 bedroom apartment was tucked away in a quiet back area. Felt like we were hidden away in a safe environment. The management was on top of everything to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for cost effective, unique experience. "

"The apartment was well kept spacious and clean. The property is close to many restaurants and easy access to public transport. Walkable distance to a few attractions also. Instructions were clear on how to check in after reception was closed. Note there is no elevator at the property and there are three floors, so consider accessibility when staying with heavy luggage or persons with limited mobility."

"Très grand appartement la cuisine n’est pas qu’un comptoir mais une pièce à part entière. Bien équipée. Petit bémol avions appartement avec balcon et vue sur l’eau mais celui ci était très petit et la garde en béton cachait la vue une fois assis.Fenestration de grande qualité lumineux et parfait pour avoir l’air de la mer. "The room and the location was fabulous! The room was spacious, simple and clean. We were in walking distance to restaurants, bars, port and wine shops and shopping. We were a couple minutes from the bridge between Porto and vila nova de Gaia which we loved walking back n forth. We had endless places to explore. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a lovely room! "
