Lovely breakfast. Friendly welcoming staff. Dog friendly ish but there are rules!

Great location, close to seafront. Welcoming hosts, lovely couple who couldn’t do enough for their guests. Superb breakfast- vast range and all cooked to order - served fresh and hot. 5* stay - will definitely return

Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.

Just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay here. The location is tucked away & very serene, our room (The Nab) was large & airy with a good view out to sea with a king size bed & wonderful power shower. Ate in 2 of the 3 nights & the food & service could not be faulted. Very friendly & helpful staff throughout (Manager, bar/waiting staff, cleaners) who are prepared to go out of their way to help.

We were made to feel very welcome the moment we arrived until we left. Lovely quiet location. Breakfast was a real treat with a wide selection. Excellent gluten free choices available. We shall return!

Staff were very friendly as well as Hotel Manager.Would definitely stay there again

Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order.

We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay.

The owner was very hospitable and most welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, couldn't ask for more in a place to stay.

Amazing place to stay! Will definitely be booking again when I come back to Hampshire

Lovely room very quiet and clean.

It’s a listed building from 1840 with loads of history so any changes take time. I’m so pleased I took time to have a chat with the owner who is very passionate about the area. The bar and pool table are no longer at the property, not a...

Had a lovely, spacious room with a king size bed and lifesaving portable air con Very nice bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities excellent. The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property.

quite close to railway station and town centre and it was lovely and quiet slept really well.

My room had everything in it I needed and was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and all new furnishings. The kitchen was amazing and there is also the use of the leafy rear garden. Monica the owner, was very precise in her instructions to self-check in and really takes pride in the house and makes sure all the guests are happy. The whole house smelt fresh and clean and was serviced every day. I will stay here again on my next visit as it was so much nicer than a hotel and is only 20...
