"Good location, easy to find just off the M5 with a bus stop nearby for regular buses into the centre of Exeter - we went into the city for dinner. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on reception. The hotel is fairly new and is very clean with fresh and airy decoration. The room was spacious, but very hot. The AC didn't really seem to do a lot. "My stay at the Holiday Inn was comfortable and pleasant overall. Everything was good, and I had a nice experience. The only issue I encountered was with the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable—I could feel the hard surface while lying on it. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations. I would consider staying here again when needed."

"Nice stay, second time at this hotel. Room a little tired but it adds to the character. Staff were lovely. For breakfast the selection of fresh fruits and Jams were excellent, however the hot foot was topped in no particular order and a bit of waiting around for the full selection to be available."

"I had a lovely stay here for a few nights while solo traveling. The room was beautiful, and the property was fantastic. The only small drawback for me was I’m not sure if the AC worked in my room, and as an American, I need that cool air. Fortunately for me, it was cool outside and I was able to open the window enough making my stay comfortable. I had dinner at the pub, and that was lovely as well. "Premiere Exeter was directly across the street from the train station. Room was quiet and clean, bed was comfy, staff was friendly. Quick (uphill) walk into town. Overall a good spot."

"Room was small but comfortable and well equipped. Very clean and even though at front of hotel facing onto main road, noise was limited. Staff were very helpful and provided milk and ice when both requested. Breakfast was continental or full English with plenty of options and staff open to requests to make something available before opening times. Plenty of parking and great location for walking into the city and very near to the Quayside."
