Great friendly place to stay. Host very accommodating, room very comfy with extras (kettle and a coffee machine, fridge, bottled water, biscuits). Exceptional breakfast, so much choice. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Really comfortable stay with a great breakfast next morning. The just was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Had an amazing meal at the pub opposite. Will definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay, with an excellent cooked to order full English breakfast. The lady who runs the place is a very pleasant and accommodating host. Looking forward to staying there again at least twice more later in the year.

We had an extremely pleasant stay in this quaint B&B. We could not make the checkin time of 7pm and called ahead to say we would be there at 9.30pm which was no issue at all. Susan provided us qith some plates for a takeaway that we had that night. Very comfortable bed and breakfast was amazing.

What a beautiful place. Sanford is a lovely village. The owner is very welcoming and clearly takes pride in her B&B. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was perfect! Fantastic pub down the road called the Lamb inn. Felt very cared for during our stay would highly recommend.

Excellent B&B - why pay for a hotel?

Needed a bed for the night on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised - good size room, comfortable bed, TV, WiFi, kettle and avTassimo coffee machine. More comfortable and welcoming than a lot of hotels. Very quiet village with a pub across the road. Kind of place I would like to stay longer

Amazing village b&b

Beautiful family run b&b and a lovey warm welcome as well the room was lovely and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable and a good size, pretty front garden to sit in and relax after a long drive and the breakfast was oit of this world lovy fresh local ingredients great flavour and very filling. The choice of breakfast options was fantastic as well. Cant wait to stay again
