"Expedia mess up my reservation and wouldn’t give me a refund, I booked a 1 room, 2 bed, and got a one room with a twin bed. Completely ruined my trip"

"Basic room, close to the airport. AC worked Pool usable. Hot tub out of order. WiFi quite slow. Floor above us squeeked all night as the people walked around. Loud enough to wake us. Breakfast offering just adequate. Missed cleaning our room once."

"Staff was lovely, we got the best room with the best balcony overlooking the pool area... it was the most private. Loved that! My only issue was that the coffee maker in the room did not work. I tried many times."

"While there are some updates around the property, some of the carpet looks worn down. Also the breakfast was okay but I have stayed in nicer hotels in bigger cities for the same amount per night."

"There was dirty Kleenex in the sheets and the comforter was stained. The hot tub was broken. The air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. We were put in a wheelchair accessible room with an adjoining room unnecessarily - there was only one spot to put luggage for three people. We were supposed to be in a double queen and pullout couch room. They put us in the farthest spot from the front of the hotel and hollered at us to bring the roller cart back. Other than checking us...
