"DO NOT LET THE BELLMAN ARRANGE TRAVEL! He cost us $200 to get from Miami Beach to the Port of Miami. Maybe 5 miles from the hotel. The hotel is old, not updated. the room (penthouse) we stayed in was small but seemed clean. I will say that it did have ice cold A/C, which is a definite plus in that area. There was a breakfast with eggs and bacon that's doled out in a serving line. There's a resort fee even though this was by no means a resort but simple a hotel within a couple of blocks from the beach, which we did walk to and that was nice. Our biggest problems were the old hotel smell, the scary tiny elevator with the out of date license on it, and the bellman that cost us as much money as our stay for one ride maybe five miles to the cruise ship. I hope he enjoyed spending his cut of our ride because that was down right theft. I learned to NEVER accept a ride without getting an agreed rate up front."

"We had an excellent stay at Kenmore Village but the only problem we encountered was the reservation mixed up. We intended to for three days that is Thursday till Sunday check out. Instead, we had our reservation only for two days ( Check - in on Friday and check-out on Sunday. "

"The only downfall with this hotel is a $200 per night security deposit. I feel like that’s a little steep for long stays. I’ve stayed in other Miami hotels none charge $200 per day! The money is refundable but that’s not the point."

"Parking was not convenient and a bit confusing. The hotel itself was clean and had a fresh look. The rooftop was beautiful. The breakfast was also nice. The staff is amazing!!!!"
