"The charm of an old building, but the rooms are modern. Very clean, comfortable bed, good shower, just overall a very relaxing stay. The Treasury restaurant downstairs was great too. Waiter was so pleasant to talk with, and they must have some pretty good bartenders because my wife loved her cocktail. This is our place to stay now when we are traveling through Sioux Falls."

"Our stay for 1 night was perfect! Bed and covers were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and has a soap bar plus I brought my own Shampoo & Conditioner, so I didn’t need their 2-in-1 but I was glad to see they had a little bottle for those who might need one if they forgot. Price for the hotel was less than a $100 & next door to a Hospital in case of any emergencies, so it was well worth it. This is my second time coming to Sioux Falls and my second time at this hotel. Definitely recommend it!"

"My son loved the waterpark. I was thankful for the “gym” which at least had a working treadmill. The weights machine didn’t work and the tv didn’t work but I just needed the treadmill, so that worked out perfect. It’s a good stopping point for the kids to have fun and then continuing on our roadtrip. The waterpark staff seemed like she hated her job and hated kids having fun, prob should get someone else to work that area, but overall, it was a great stay. Front desk was very helpful. "I have never stayed at a more disgusting hotel in my life. The sheets were completely stained through and when we asked for new ones, the top sheet simply got flipped over to pass as changed. The floors were filthy, the fridge was scary to look at on the inside, multiple things were broken (a mirror, a lamp shade and it’s accompanying light bulb so it kept flickering) and I found multiple hairs clinging to fabric on the bed. I DO NOT recommend this place! Do not stay here even in desperation....

"It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay."
