"Hotel Eliana is a Gem! It’s a 20 minute walk from the center but I like it that way because it is quiet also after eating so much food from Central market I need to walk it down all the staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back in this hotel again. I have in fact, suggested this to my close friends who are coming to Italy next year 10 members of the family."

"The apartment is in a good location and really easy to find with the instructions. There was only 3 of us so plenty of space. The beds were comfy, the apartment was clean and even though it’s right on a main road, you couldn’t hear anything from the inside. The only thing was the hot water in the main bathroom was hit and miss. Sometimes showers would be cold, other times there was hot water. The en suite always had hot water. The AC in the living room didn’t feel as cold as the temperature was...

"They left a window open, and mosquitoes kept getting into the room. I got so many mosquito bites every night I stayed there.
There is no elevator. The hotel is located on the third floor, and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs by yourself, with no help from the hotel staff.
Breakfast is just sugar."

"Our room is fine except it is half underground and definitely feels like in a basement. The biggest inconvenience is that Taxi will not come to this place. We had to walk for almost 30mins on the rocky and sometimes narrow streets from train station to this place."

"very spacious 2 BR apt within 10-15 minute walk of city center. Modern design and plenty of amenities to cook, laundry, etc. AC worked great and lots of lighting. Apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and a few fixes - hall bathroom rain head shower was broken as was the inside shower door handle. Primary bathroom had a door plate that wasn’t attached. Overall a reasonable price for all that it comes with"
