"Such a beautiful, newly-opened property in the centre of Mallorca. We had a very warm welcome from Lisa, which was replicated by all the rest of the staff we met. The room was spacious, comfortable and luxurious and the grounds of the hotel and pool area were fabulous. The hotel is newly opened, so wasn't full, which was great for enjoying exclusive facilities! It did mean that the 360 bar wasn't open after dinner (presumably as there were too few guests on site). "Albert & Mar provided A1 service, 10s across the board! The hotel itself is SUPER clean! I often saw workers cleaning in between the crevices of the banister on the staircase. Room was cleaned everyday, I stayed 4 days & 3 nights! It’s super close to the beach literally right across the street, less than a 1min walk. They give you a free complimentary welcome drink. I highly recommend the all inclusive option, the food was really good & fresh puddings, even alcohol were included too. I also visited the spa 10/10. No complaints, if I come back this will be my go-to spot yo stay. The front desk was also super helpful in securing rides throughout the city & translating when needed. Thank you so much for making my 30th birthday celebration the best of times! ~Hannah"
