"Where should I begin.For whatever reason you have to go to another location do the whole check in yourself on an iPad. Our stay was very close to the station, picked it especially as it’s hard for my mom to walk long distances.Then I find out that we first have to go to the check in location and not our actual stay location(which is more than 2km away).But I have to say thank you to the person who was kind enough to ask the driver to drive us to our location that was very pleasant.Although what...

"Arrived late and struggled to get through on intercom but then it was all plain sailing. Lots of helpful information re transport links and options to help our journey to Māori the next day. Breakfast has a good choice and coffee was excellent. Again we were helped with an online transport booking and even had our tickets printed off. Lovely staff and would stopover there again. It is clean and the fitments/furniture are in good condition, bathroom is well kitted out."
