"Great family run hotel located in what was once an apartment building, but now mainly consists of hotel rooms. The rooms are decent sized, very comfortable and quiet. Air conditioning works great! There is an elevator so upper floors are not a problem. The owner we interacted with Yuri was amazingly friendly and helpful. "There was mold in our room we got sick after the first day! I would stay clear of this place! The staff was rude when we asked to switch rooms the said and I quote “All the rooms have a little mold” The worst place I’ve ever stayed!"

"Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere große Zimmer mit bequemen Bett grosses Bad mit Sehr guter Dusche. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl an glutenfreien Produkten. Sehr aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Bushaltestelle für nach wenig nur wenige Schritte vom hotel entfernt. Die Tickets gür den Bus und den wassertaxis in venedig kann man vorab im hotel kaufen. Für uns war alles wirklich perfekt. Wären gerne länger geblieben. Absolut empfehlenswert."

"We had the most wonderful stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends. The rooftop and pool cocktails were fabulous, breakfasts were delicious. The housekeeping staff were amazing and our room was always clean and well prepared. The front of house staff were a real treat, so kind and helpful while respecting our privacy."

"Clean room and hotel. A/C worked well first night but adjusts when leave room and gets hot and never caught up for rest of stay. Floor of shower slippery and potential hazard. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was helpful but prefer to pay water taxi through hotel. I asked staff and they said pay taxi directly $150 euro via card. Guy doing taxi could not get card reader to work and demanded $160 euro. What a fiasco as we had no cash left as leaving country."
