"This place is made great by the smiling, warm staff! Absolutely everyone was gracious and went out of their way to be welcoming, helpul and kind - truly! A particular shout out to the friendly wait staff at the restaurants, the fabulous (stop you in the hallway to ask if you need more towels) housekeepers and the always helpful and interested front desk. "I had an amazing time at the JW Marriott in Venice. The reception was quite welcoming and was able to accommodate me with an upgraded room which I really appreciated. Very attentive to my needs and breakfast. Brunch was five star. Thank you for the stay."

"The hotel was very clean, and had a really good sized room. The gym was also a very good size with decent equipment. The hotel is close to the airport via bus and also a bus ride away from Venice, so it was very convenient. Helpful staff and also had a laundry on site which was convenient since I had a lot of laundry that needed to be done, and was reasonable priced to use. "Hotel is beautiful! Very modern throughout and in a great location. Close to numerous restaurant (although they give you great recommendations for nearby restaurant that are less “tourist traps”). On your door step are gondola rides and all main bus stops that take you to all all the sites. "
